Give Back Beauty announces its new partnership with Britney Spears for fragrances, in
charge of creation, development, marketing and global sales, effective January 1, 2025.

Give Back Beauty and Revlon, the previous licensee of Britney Spears fragrances, signed a transition agreement by which Revlon released certain intellectual property rights to Give Back Beauty. Furthermore, after further exchanges and deliberation, Give Back Beauty and Revlon agreed to discontinue the lawsuit between them.
